Ingredients
- One kilo and three hundred grams of red tomatoes, peeled and roughly chopped.
- The pulp of a loaf of French bread from the previous day (optional).
- A large sweet red pepper.
- Three cloves of garlic, chopped.
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and roughly chopped.
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- Two teaspoons of white vinegar.
- half cup of olive oil.
- Salt and black pepper, to taste.
Decorating components:
- A quarter cup of each of:
Chopped red pepper.
Chopped green apples.
- Half a cup of toast.
- Half a cup of boiled and chopped eggs.
How to prepare
- Boil a quantity of water, then remove the pot from the heat, put the tomatoes in it for a minute, then take them out and peel them.
- Soak the bread core in a small amount of water, then squeeze it and set it aside.
- Put tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, garlic, peppers and onions in the electric mixer and turn on to get a smooth mixture, then add vinegar and mix again.
- Add the oil in the form of a string while the mixer is turned on until the amount is finished and the mixture is homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture into a non-metallic bowl, season it with salt and black pepper, then cover it and store it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Take the soup out of the refrigerator and pour it into serving dishes and decorate it to taste with eggs, green apples, toast, cucumbers and red pepper.
