How to prepare
Put the butter and sugar in the mixer and knead to become like a cream, then add a pinch of salt and a spoonful of vanilla and knead, then add the starch and flour and knead for the last time, then add the cranberries and mix them with the palm of the hand.
We bring a rectangular mold in which we put butter paper and stack the dough in it to take a rectangular shape, close it with butter paper well and put it in the fridge for half an hour, then we take out the dough, remove the butter paper and cut it into thin slices.
