 COPYCAT OLIVE GARDEN ALFREDO SAUCE




Fixings 


6 Tablespoons spread, superior grade 


1 Tablespoon garlic, minced 


2 Tablespoons generally useful flour 


1 ½ cups substantial cream 


1 ½ cups milk, any sort 


½ cup Parmesan cheddar, ground and at room temperature 


½ cup Romano cheddar, ground and at room temperature 


Salt and dark pepper, to taste 


1 lb. Fettuccine 


Parsley, to embellish 


Directions 


Heat up the fettuccine as per bundle guidelines. As the water preheats, start the sauce.
