Churro Cheesecake Donut Cookies 🍪

 



Ingredients:

For the Dough:


    1 cup unsalted butter 🧈

    1 cup granulated sugar 🍚

    3 cups all-purpose flour 🌾

    1 tsp baking powder 🥄

    1/2 tsp salt 🧂


For the Cheesecake Filling:


    8 oz cream cheese 🧀

    1/4 cup granulated sugar 🍚

    1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦


For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:


    1 cup granulated sugar 🍚

    1 tbsp ground cinnamon 🍩


For the Caramel Sauce (optional):


    1 cup caramel sauce 🍯


Instructions:


    Mix the Dough: Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. 🍪

    Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then pipe the mixture into dough. 🧀

    Shape and Seal the Cookies: Flatten dough into circles, pipe filling, fold edges over, and cut out the center for the donut shape. 🍩

    Cinnamon-Sugar Coating: Roll cookies in cinnamon-sugar until fully coated. 🍩

    Bake: Arrange cookies on a baking sheet, bake
