Sweet, spiked, and totally party-ready—these Vodka Marshmallow Pops are the ultimate grown-up treat! Fluffy marshmallows soak up your favorite vodka, get dunked in melted chocolate, and are finished with festive toppings. Perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or any celebration where fun is on the menu!
What You’ll Need
1 bag large marshmallows
1 cup vodka (plain or flavored—your choice!)
1 cup white or dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
Toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, shredded coconut, etc.
Lollipop sticks or skewers
How to Make Them
Soak the Marshmallows
Place marshmallows in a shallow dish. Pour vodka over them until fully covered. Let soak for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway through to ensure even absorption.
Drain and Chill
Carefully remove the marshmallows and gently blot them dry with paper towels. Arrange them on a parchment-lined tray and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes to firm up.
Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Mix in coconut oil if you’d like a glossier finish.
Dip and Decorate
Insert a lollipop stick into each chilled marshmallow. Dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate—either halfway or fully coated. While the chocolate is still soft, immediately roll or sprinkle on your chosen toppings.
Return the decorated pops to the tray and refrigerate for another 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Serve and Celebrate!
Display your Boozy Marshmallow Pops on a platter and serve cold. Cheers to a treat that’s as fun to eat as it is to make!
