Ingredients for Jelly, Biscuit, and Cream Dessert


- First Layer: Biscuit Base:


Plain tea biscuits: 250 grams


Butter: 150 grams (melted)


- Second Layer: Creamy Milk Layer:


Gelatin powder: 3 teaspoons


Hot water: ¾ cup


Sweetened condensed milk: 400 grams


Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons


- Third Layer: Jelly Layer:


Jelly: 85 grams (raspberry or strawberry flavored jelly powder)


Hot water: 125 ml


Cold water: 100 ml


How to Prepare Jelly, Biscuit, and Cream Dessert


For the biscuit layer: Grind the biscuits well until they are finely crushed.


Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.


 Spread the mixture in a square pan lined with parchment paper, pressing it down firmly to form a compact layer.


Refrigerate the pan for one hour, or until set.


For the creamy layer: Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and stir well until completely dissolved.


Add the condensed milk and lemon juice, and mix well.


Pour the mixture over the set biscuit layer.


Refrigerate the pan for 30 to 60 minutes, or until the layer is set.


For the jelly layer: Dissolve the jelly powder in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Then add the cold water and stir well.


Gently pour the jelly over the set cream layer.


Refrigerate the pan for at least 3 hours, or until completely set.


Gently remove the dessert from the pan using the parchment paper, cut it into squares, and serve chilled for best taste and texture.
