Place the steak slices in a flat bowl, then add salt and black pepper and rub well until completely seasoned.
We put the butter in a frying pan on a high heat first until it heats completely, then reduce the heat, then put the steak for 3 minutes, then turn it over on the other side for the same period until it becomes tender.
In the same skillet we add meat broth and if desired, a little butter can be added as well.
Leave the mixture on the stove for 4 minutes, then add the cooking cream, salt and ground black pepper and stir until the sauce thickens a little.
Pour the sauce directly over the steak and serve immediately.
It can be served with french fries and boiled vegetables.
