500 grams of chopped meat
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves

1- Put a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
2- Add the onion, garlic, and a little salt and stir until golden.
3- Put the meat and stir well until it is cooked on all sides.

How to make meat casserole with onions
Ingredients
1 kilo of meat cut into cubes
4 onions, sliced,
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green coriander
1/2 cup of water

2 bay leaves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of mixed spices

How to make meat casserole with onions
1- Put half the amount of oil in a frying pan, then add the onion and stir until wilted, then remove it from the heat and leave it aside.
2- In another frying pan, put the remaining oil you have from the ingredients and add the meat and saute until it becomes brown.
3- Add the garlic and stir for a minute, then add the mixed spices, cinnamon and bay leaf.
4- Add the soy sauce, water, salt and black pepper and stir well until it boils, then add the seared onions for 3 minutes.
5- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then put the meat and the sauce in a casserole dish, cover it with foil and leave it in the oven for an hour.
6- Place the meat in serving dishes and garnish with coriander.
