 Energy Balls


To prepare these delicious little balls full of useful nutrients and rich in minerals, vitamins and proteins


First recipe:

A cup of almonds with shells

A cup of pitted dates soaked in hot water

Three tablespoons of peanut butter

A spoon of raw cocoa

Mix all ingredients in a blender and form them into balls


Second recipe:

A cup of walnuts

Half a cup of sesame

Two tablespoons of chia seeds

A cup of dried figs soaked in hot water

Half a cup of oats


Third recipe:

A cup of a mixture of raisins, prunes (cow's eye) and dried apricots

A cup of mixed nuts

Two tablespoons of carob cocoa

Mix together and form balls


Fourth recipe:

A cup of coconut

A cup of ground white almonds

A cup of ground white sesame

A banana

Grind together and form balls
