 Ingredients


2 1/2 cups cold mashed potatoes (leftovers are fine too).


Use 1/2 to 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, depending on how much water is in your potatoes.


1 or 2 large eggs (depending on the desired consistency).


1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or a blend of cheeses you like.
